Office suites in either the Manor house or the on going farm conversion provide a beautiful environment in which to run your business.

We have one-person rooms from around 100 sqft @ £200 per month all inclusive to suites of over 700 sqft.

Existing tenants range from small software companies, market researchers, Advertising companies and our largest tenant being WS Atkins.

All running expenses are included such as, Rates, heating, insurance, gardening and electricity.

The farm conversion, of which phase one is now finished and let, is of some beautiful sandstone peg tile roofed buildings

We are converting these to high quality offices with the next phase to be available being the Barn which will be about 1500 sqft.

We aim to look after our tenants by minimising the day to day problems of running an office environment such as changing light bulbs, fixing fittings that fail, and ensuring communal halls, kitchens and conveniences are clean and tidy.

Communications and Logistics

Pippingford has direct access to the A22 so most delivery services run past at least once a day. We organise an afternoon collection of post and most importantly broadband is available.
