Six lakes offering over a mile of waterside to fish from. We offer a membership water for £185 per season where guests can be invited to join members for £10 per 24 hrs. Night fishing is very popular with most people camping for extended periods during the coarse fishing season.
The fish are self sustaining and species include Carp to 36 lbs, Pike to 28lbs, Perch to 4 1/2 lbs, Roach over 2 lbs and Chub to 7 1/2 lbs.
We observe the traditional closed season from March 15th to June 16th to honour our belief that the wildlife comes first and so we have a thriving ecology with kingfishers and wild deer drinking at the water’s edge. All the lakes are Sites of Special Scientific Interest with one of the most diverse Dragonfly populations, 25 different species, in the country.
Unhooking mats are obligatory and we do not allow keep nets. The membership is limited to 120 people.
